Colburn Society

The Colburn Society is designed to recognize your generous financial support of Colburn’s excellence in performing arts education.

This group offers you opportunities to meet like-minded performing arts supporters and cultural leaders. You will enjoy behind-the-scenes access to concerts and classes, interact with renowned guest artists, and connect with Colburn’s world-class faculty, leadership, and our extraordinary students.

You may choose from an array of Ensemble events each semester, selecting topics that interest you most and fit your busy schedule. At higher giving levels, you may also invite guests to the Ensemble events.

Examples of Colburn Society Ensemble Events

  • State of the School Dinner and Performance, with presentations by Colburn Leadership
  • Master Class with international pianist Jean Yves Thibaudet, followed by a private reception
  • Colburn Youth Orchestra rehearsal and discussion with conductor Maxim Eshkenazy
  • Music Academy recital, followed by a private reception

In addition, special invitation-only opportunities are available across the higher recognition levels.

Upon receiving your contribution, we will send you a welcome letter, including the list of upcoming Ensemble event dates and information on how to make your reservations. We look forward to sharing these experiences with you.
