Performance Opportunities

Dancer in costume posing on stage
In this time of COVID-19, the fall project for all Trudl Zipper Dance Institute dancers is the unique opportunity to participate in a film featuring a collection of excerpts from The Nutcracker, using music by Tchaikovsky, as well as Duke Ellington, an originator of big-band jazz.

During a standard school year when campus is open, Dance Academy students have the following performance opportunities to demonstrate their growth and development:

Winter Snapshot, an in-studio performance of solos and repertory

Counterpointe, a collaboration performance with musicians from the Music Academy

Pinnacle, our year-end graduation performance to include master works by Balanchine, Robbins, and other current-day choreographers
