Please note that in an effort to proactively address current public health concerns in regards to COVID-19, all Colburn School events and performances are cancelled. Over 30,000 patrons each year attend performances and master classes presented by the Colburn School at our world class concert halls on-campus and across Los Angeles County. For our students, the opportunity to perform in professional-level auditoriums in front of discerning audiences is core to their professional development. Your performance support is critical to the Colburn School’s programming efforts.
In appreciation for your support, the Colburn School is honored to dedicate a performance to you, your company, your foundation, or a person or organization of your choice. In addition to welcoming you and your guests to the performance with VIP seating, the Colburn School looks forward to acknowledging you at the concert through program materials and to welcoming you to join us or personally host a post-performance reception with the artists.
Please consider supporting the Colburn School by dedicating any of the following performances:
Conservatory of Music concerts including Colburn Orchestra performances with guest conductors; Colburn Chamber Music Society; and private in-home salons.
Trudl Zipper Dance Institute performances including See the Music, Hear the Dance; The Nutcracker Prelude; Tap Fest; Pinnacle; Counterpointe; and Spring Ballet.
Music Academy Young Artist Performances highlight the exceptional accomplishments of pre-college students who come to Colburn from around the world to study.
Community Engagement concerts are inspiring showcases by our young emerging artists in Musical Encounter, Summer Encounter, and Jumpstart.
Community School of Performing Arts concerts include Friday Night Recitals; Honors Recitals; Chamber Music Recitals; and Colburn Youth and Chamber Orchestras.
Master classes offer a rare glimpse into the artistic and creative learning processes between performing artists of the highest caliber, including Artist-in-Residence Jean-Yves Thibaudet, and students on the cusp of professional careers.
Faculty recitals are performed by faculty from across Colburn and cover a vast range of genres and instruments.
Jazz performances are performed by the award-winning Colburn Jazz Workshop; supporting this genre helps ensure our Community School jazz students have ample performance opportunities.
The Colburn School welcomes support through the concert dedication program with gifts beginning at $2,500 based on the artists, series, and venue. Dedications can be customized for your foundation or corporation, including client engagement and corporate recognition.
Please contact Robin Sukhadia, Advancement Officer, to discuss single performance or series dedications at 213-621-1055 or email@example.com.
