The Colburn Conservatory of Music has one goal: to prepare you for a career as a professional musician. Our undergraduate and graduate degrees, as well as two specialized certificate programs, are designed to address the needs and goals of pre-professional musicians like you, at all stages of development.

As a student in the Conservatory of Music, you get the chance to perform in a collaborative, supportive environment, not just with your colleagues, but with faculty members and world-renowned guest artists. Our career development programs ensure you develop not just as a musician at the highest level of skill and artistry, but as an innovator and educator.

Meet Our Faculty

Eloise Kim, DMA
Keyboard Harmony Instructor

Eloise has won numerous awards, including grand-prize of the Pinault International Piano Competition where she had her Carnegie Weill Recital Hall debut at age 11, semi-finalist of the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition, and finalist of the New York International Piano Competition. Kim won top prizes in the Lennox, Kingsville, WPPC (dedicated to Leon Fleisher), and Jefferson Young Artists International piano competitions.

Humanities Faculty

Mina has taught at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music, University of California, San Diego, University of Southern California, and Minerva University, where she founded and led the faculty diversity, equity, and inclusion committee.
