Each year a conservatory chamber ensemble is chosen to participate and works with Colburn’s head of drama, a scriptwriter, and a professional actor to create and produce an engaging performance for fourth grade students. The Center believes that interactive performance skills are essential to the toolkit of the 21st century musician, as well as an important way to inspire young audiences.
